be on time

why? mental health is as important as physical health, yet we often underestimate it. we ignore the first signals, normalize exhaustion, disconnect from ourselves, and only react once the body or mind reaches its limit — leading to burnout, emotional collapse, or long-term dependence on medication. the purpose of this series is to draw attention to these invisible states and encourage earlier awareness, reflection, and self-listening. each poster transforms a psychological condition — such as anxiety, depression, pain, loss, or relief — into typographic structures, disrupted frequencies, and altered human presence. rather than illustrating emotions directly, the series visualizes how they behave internally: through repetition, compression, fading signals, instability, interference, or silence.
